Crystal water - this is my medicine. I put this (clean) crystal in water, leave it in a sunny window until next day and voila: it has transformed the water into a superhealing medicine. Works for both body and soul, takes away negativity and opens you up for new ideas, thoughts and inspiration. It´s very strong, and take it seriosly or you can actually get sick. Strong medicine from Heaven!
In the same sunny window I make Marigold oil for skin and hair. Just put 10 Marigold flowers in to 5 dl organic oil ( I took avocadooil, but you can take any oil that you love). Leave it for 3 weeks, you can open the can and stir once a week. After three weeks: strain twice, add 5 drops of Jasmine oil and pour into a dark bottle. This oil is amaizing, you can use it for a massage, or as your skin oil - or treat your scull and hair with it. your body will thank you!
